Affordable, straightforward dental care from Dr. Perimenis in Kerhonkson — without the complexities of traditional dental insurance. Members receive included preventive services and 20% savings on eligible dental treatment. This membership plan is not dental insurance.
Adult Membership — $499/year
For adults with generally healthy gums. Includes 2 professional cleanings and 2 periodic examinations per year, routine check-up radiographs as clinically necessary, and 1 emergency or limited examination per year. Members receive 20% savings on eligible treatment and 10% savings on implant restorations.

Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership is valid for twelve (12) months beginning on the enrollment date. Benefits become available upon enrollment and receipt of the annual membership fee.
Members receive 20% savings on eligible dental treatment performed directly by Perimenis Dental Studio during an active membership period. Adult and Periodontal members receive 10% savings on eligible implant restorations instead of the standard 20% treatment savings. The Child Membership does not include the implant restoration savings benefit.
Membership savings may not apply to outside specialist services, third-party products, outside laboratory or component charges, implant components, or other services specifically designated as excluded by the practice. Eligible implant restorations performed by Perimenis Dental Studio for Adult and Periodontal members receive the stated 10% savings. Membership savings may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, special offers, or previously reduced fees.
The Perimenis Dental Studio Membership Plan is not dental insurance and should not be considered a substitute for insurance. The plan has no insurance deductible or insurance annual maximum and does not provide reimbursement or payment to the member for dental services.
Payment for dental treatment, after application of any applicable membership savings, is due according to the financial policies of Perimenis Dental Studio.
Included services must be used during the applicable 12-month membership period. Unused services do not roll over, have no cash value, and may not be transferred to another individual.
Membership and its associated benefits are specific to the enrolled patient and may not be transferred or assigned.
Membership fees are nonrefundable after any included membership service or membership discount has been utilized, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
All treatment, radiographs, frequency of care, and eligibility for a particular membership category remain subject to the professional judgment of the treating dentist. Enrollment does not guarantee that any particular treatment is clinically appropriate.
Perimenis Dental Studio reserves the right to modify membership pricing, included services, exclusions, or other plan terms for future membership periods. Changes will not alter the benefits of an already-active membership except where required by law.
